In this chapter we will apply the developmental psychopathology perspective to the deelopment and ecology of antisocial behavior. We will review the state of the art of research, addressing onset, chronicity, and desistance of antisocial behavior, s well as frequency and seriousness. Will integrate interdisciplinary findings of developmental psychology, sociology & biology, with clinical psychology. Will consider antisocial behavior as a continuum in which form of expression changes over time. The definition of antisocial behavior requires some attention.
