Incluye un viaje por el sistema legal criminal, la recuperaci\u00f3n, la educaci\u00f3n superior, y una carrera profesional en la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica. Comunico puntos claves de mi historia de consumo de sustancias y de cometer delitos y c\u00f3mo \u00e9stos han creado barreras a mis aspiraciones universitarias y profesionales, a pesar de mi recuperaci\u00f3n a largo plazo. El campo de investigaciones sobre servicios relacionados con el consumo de sustancias ha llegado a valorar la experiencia vivida, como la m\u00eda, reduciendo las barreras para personas con antecedentes de consumo de sustancias y penales.
