KITS se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para aumentar la atenci\u00f3n y el esfuerzo por controlarse de los ni\u00f1os en el sal\u00f3n de clases, promover las habilidades de prealfabetizaci\u00f3n y proporcionar a las personas a cargo del cuidado de los ni\u00f1os habilidades para facilitar la transici\u00f3n exitosa de los ni\u00f1os al kindergarten. En los 5 primeros a\u00f1os del estudio participaron 192 ni\u00f1os y sus familias.
