OSLC\/ODI participates in E-Verify. This employer will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from each new employee&#8217;s Form I9 to confirm work authorization. <strong>Proof of identity and employment eligibility must be provided and verified by OSLC at the time of hire<\/strong> or no later than three business days after the date of hire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All applicants offered a position at OSLC\/ODI must sign a confidentiality agreement and criminal background check consent form.<\/strong> Some applicants will be required to have a <strong>fingerprint criminal history check<\/strong> done, based on the specific job duties listed on the posting. OSLC\/ODI will also complete the following as a condition of your employment:<strong> Employment Verification, Education Verification, Motor Vehicle Records<\/strong> <strong>check<\/strong>, if applicable to position, and confirm <strong>Driver License eligibility<\/strong>, if applicable to position.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Past or current participation<\/strong> in OSLC or ODI research, or the participation of your family or others in a close personal relationship with you, <strong>could affect your eligibility for certain jobs<\/strong> at OSLC\/ODI.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>completed online application, including your resume and a cover letter, is required each time<\/strong> you apply for a position at OSLC\/ODI. Resumes are not accepted in lieu of a completed application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OSLC\/ODI&#8217;s COVID-19 vaccination policy <\/strong>requires that staff provide either: a) <strong>proof of COVID-19 vaccination<\/strong> showing they are fully vaccinated, or b) <strong>be approved for a medical or religious exemption<\/strong> upon hiring. Requests for exemptions will be reviewed by OSLC\/ODI administration and grant staff.
