Welcome! The Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) is located in the Eugene-Springfield, Oregon metropolitan area. The center was established in 1977 by clinical psychologists Gerald R. Patterson and John B. Reid interested in solving a major social problem, child antisocial behavior. We are dedicated to understanding the processes related to healthy development and family functioning. We apply that understanding to interventions that strengthen children, adolescents, families, and communities.
